My name is Romina and I am 33 years old. I started travelling when I was 19 years old and started working in Call Centres when I was 18 years old.
Romina Malandrino – Agent Republic Agent
I worked in all possible Call Centre Positions imaginable. From Cold Calling to Customer Service, up to High Ticket Closing – I’ve done it all! Working in Call Centres has financially supported me all my life. It allowed me to travel, to study and to even work in different parts of the world. I genuinely do enjoy working on the phone, to help people and to produce business results. Since I was young, business happened to be my passion and I became quite successful to the point that I was teaching new staff on how to become successful on the phone.
However, despite my success I found myself struggling in a 9-5 Office Environment. I found it difficult to work in noisy environments, in environments with artificial lights, to dress the way I was supposed to dress, the commute to work and to work under direct supervision. I also didn’t enjoy being location dependent and following a working schedule that left me tired and exhausted at the end of the day and week. Life was successful but tiring.
After working for over 4 years in Australia, I found myself needing to leave my job and depart the country due to my visa expiring. I knew that I wanted to continue travelling, whilst working in a location independent environment. In Bali, I spent several weeks researching on how I could provide my services to companies from home.
I found Agents Republic through a YouTube Video and applied – The best decision I made!

Romina’s Experience
The first project I did with Agents Republic was an AI Research Project. I totally loved it! Agents Republic allowed me to work completely independent and without direct supervision, whilst being part of an exciting project in a rapidly growing industry. I really appreciated the fact that Agents Republic believe in their hired Talents and delivered on their promises. Supervisors were very responsive to agents’ feedback, payments and vouchers came on time and there was no unnecessary management pressure that killed motivation, productivity and passion.
