David L. Papp
David L. Papp is the Founder and CEO of Agents Republic. Previously he led CloudAgents (also known as Comforce), the first multilingual European contact center, from startup to a multinational company, which was sold to strategic investors in 2018. Prior to CloudAgents, David was Director at Teleperformance. He received his MSc degree from Paris West University Nanterre La Defense. David is also active member of JCI Senate, Mensa International and YPO British Columbia. In his free time, he enjoys golf and aviation activities.
Adam is VP Sales at Agents Republic. He has 12+ years global business experience in US, Europe and Asia. Previously he worked at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) and Siemens Venture Capital. Adam is a graduate of Yale School of Management and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (with exchange at UPenn – Wharton). He has an extensive global network, and is a member of several global organizations. Adam is an avid sports fan and ex-alpine ski racer. In his free time he enjoys practicing Chinese.
Gabor is the Director of Finance with 13 years of comprehensive experience covering areas such as accounting, controlling management, management and development of financial systems. He spent 5 years as a financial management consultant, working with companies in diverse industries. He graduated from Budapest Business School with concentration in finance and accounting. Outside of work he is an active team player in multiple sports, in particular his favorite which is soccer.
Barbara has more than 14 years of experience from various industries, including finance / insurance, customer service, human resources and consulting. For the past 8 years she has had regional level responsibilities with focus on Europe and East Asia. At Agents Republic she is in charge of Human Capital Management. She holds a BA in Business Management of Oxford Brookes University and a Communications degree of IAA, as well as various HR certifications. She speaks fluent English, fair German & Japanese along her native Hungarian.
Zsombor is Head of Operations, and has 16 years of experience in the customer service industry. Previously, he was General Manager at Transcom, the largest multilingual service centre in Central and Eastern Europe, servicing blue chip companies worldwide. Prior to Transcom he was Regional Head at Sony Business Europe and Director of Customer Service at Invitel. He received his MSc degree in Informatics from the Technical University of Budapest. His hobbies are sailing and traveling.
Seetha started her career more than 15 years ago building top communities for well known brands, including Ubisoft a €1.7B gaming company as Head of Community Management and Metin2 as lead Community Manager. Her Marketing, Product Management and Digital Communities expertise has led to various positions in the last few years in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Zürich and Montreal. Seetha is fluent in English, French and German besides her native Dutch. She currently resides in Canada with her family and French Bulldog and is an avid collector of plants.
Julien is Operations Manager at Agents Republic. He has 17+ years in customer service industry across Europe, US and Asia. Prior to Agents Republic, he worked at Cisco Systems, Kodak, Ford, Orange, Texas Instruments, Sega, Shell and Google. He received his Master’s degree in International Business from IUT Rouen and gained extensive knowledge in the contact center industry from customer service and technical support to project and operations management. Whenever he has free time, he enjoys gardening and travelling to new places.
Misha has more than 16 years work experience in the customer service industry. After studies at the University of Maribor she started her career in customer care as a customer care representative and later was promoted to supervisor and project manager. Misha led customer support programs for well-known brands in technology, healthcare, eCommerce and hospitality sectors with outstanding results and high customer satisfaction. Misha leads a group of deeply dedicated team leaders, trainers and supervisors. Her experience, passion and commitment represent our company’s key strengths in remote workforce and quality management.
Anne is the member of the supervisor team at Agents Republic. She has more than 13 years experience contact center outsourcing mainly handling technical support and customer service accounts. She is experienced in sales, training, quality assurance and operations. During her career she represented top brands such as AT&T, Bell Canada, Microsoft, and Bose Corporation. Anne studied marketing management at the De La Salle University of Manila. She is based in the Philippines with her family and their three dogs.
Geza is a business development professional with experience showcasing European telecommunication, IT and real estate development projects aimed at attracting USA, Asian and UAE investors. Outside of Agents Republic, he is currently involved with multiple companies looking to extend their businesses worldwide. He has traveled to 60+ countries and has tremendous international experience. Geza graduated from Concordia College – New York, and currently living in Hungary.
Danny is Senior Sales Manager at Agents Republic with more than ten years of experience in sales and operations. He has previously served as sales manager at a trading company specializing in textiles and consumer products. Outside of Agents Republic, he is currently managing his renewable and sustainability company specializing in solar installation and PV panels. He graduated from University of Toronto with degrees in Psychology and Economics. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, cycling and writing.
Viktoria Nagel Molnar
Viktoria has more than 10 years of product and project management experience, working in finance for large corporations such as ING, AXA and KBC where she gained in-depth experience in online marketing, sales and business development. At Agents Republic first she started off as a project manager and later as a business development associate based out of San Francisco Bay Area, USA. She received her Master’s in Finance and speaks fluent English and German.
Henriett is a Sales and Business Development Executive with proven ability to drive business expansion across various organizations, industries, and markets. Previously she has worked at Ricoh Americas, Cogent Communications and various high-tech startups in Silicon Valley. She studied at the University of Las Vegas, and also speaks Hungarian, German and Italian. As a professional table tennis player, in her leisure time she likes coaching rising talent, going to the beach and travelling to exotic destinations. She currently resides in Silicon Valley, CA.
Nitin has more than four years experience working on social media strategies and is an expert in social media analytics, data analysis and marketing communications. He has multiple years of experience at Hootsuite, a leading social media management company. Nitin is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business with a specialization in digital marketing. He enjoys playing soccer, traveling and capturing breathtaking photos around Vancouver.
Colleen is a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University with a double degree (BA) in Honours Communications Studies and Women and Gender Studies with a minor in Sociology. She has 6+ years of customer service experience and has previously completed valuable marketing and communications internships at the University of Toronto HR & Equity and The Daughters for Life Foundation. She enjoys travelling, exercising and learning about holistic wellness.
