The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks.

This role has experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and assists the company in recruiting faster and more effectively. This position plays a role in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Active sourcing of agents and required workforce on a global scale depending on business development and service delivery requirements
  • Maintain an updated agent database by handling and administrating incoming inquiries and coordinating campaigns/webinars/online sessions for agents
  • Active participation in HR process, policy and documentation improvements
  • Provide support in choice of recruitment channels and test tools and as well manage these channels to ensure effective agent sourcing
  • Manage job advertisements on social media platforms to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date and followed up in terms of comments/inquiries on the platform
  • Build and maintain strong know-how of recruitment platforms and trends
  • Suggest and participate in innovative technology solutions for workforce management systems and social media recruitment
  • Complete day-to-day administration tasks
  • Provide various HR reports if required by the direct superior
  • Other specific, work related requirements, formulated by the direct superior


  • At least 2 years of on-line recruitment or relevant HR experience
  • Proficiency in Windows operating Systems &applications, tech savvy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent English)
  • People oriented personality with strong work ethics and great troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Great organisation and multi tasking skills
  • Experience from call center/SSC industry is a big advantage
